AIMC shall not be responsible/liable for consequences arising out of payment made by an applicant who has not been offered admission by the Institute OR who does not possess valid Offer Letter of Admission from the Institute. In case any such unauthorised payment is made, AIMC’s liability is only limited to refund vide due procedure.
